MARTINA
Martina has degrees in Finance from the University of Houston and London Business School. An entrepreneur with a lifelong passion for numbers and putting deals together, her projects have taken her around the world.
Martina’s three effervescent children have put her on a decade-long mission of how to find or make healthy food and drinks that taste delicious. In that quest, Martina started a new brand of herbal teas and her work on them with Zoe lead to them deciding to tackle together the market gap for sophisticated non-alcoholic drinks.
ZOE
Zoe is one of the world’s preeminent flavour experts. She is a founding partner in one of East London’s most unique and creative bars, Untitled, and has developed ground breaking cocktail menus for giants of the hospitality industry, such as Pernod Ricard and Michelin-star chef Heston Blumenthal, and collaborated with some of the world’s most revered food scientists.
One’s of Zoe’s passions is pushing the boundaries within the sensory and flavour-led sectors to help improve the consumers’ drinking experience. With the bulk of her work and a book on the way on the ritual of cocktail, she decided to explore non-alcoholic beverages in a separate venture with Martina.
Our relationship blossomed immediately, founded on deep mutual admiration and a shared love for making stylish and quality dry drinks that are healthy, taste amazing and are commercially viable. Naturally, we picked a company name to reflect this love: J’aime Drinks.
J’aime Drinks provide endless possibilities for those seeking a purposeful moment of self-care or those looking to experience great flavour and taste in a chic and sophisticated way.
We decided to start with Kombucha, a healthy drink with a unique taste.
We looked for simply the most exceptional green and white teas, started playing with them and did not stop until even Martina’s 16-year-old son said he’d drink J’aime Kombucha every day (teen boys are not known for their compliments!).
We cannot be prouder of our first drink. We hope it will please your palate and focus your mind, and you will enjoy it as much as we loved creating it, with a lot of thought for you and every possible way and occasion you might savour it.
